“Life’s Unexpected Turns”
Just when you think you know what to expect, life will take an unexpected turn for the better or worse. You will never have sure footing in the world, but your footing can always be secure and sure in me. My child, when life changes, when the ups and downs come, you must know and lean on the “One” who never changes. I AM that I AM, and I AM solid, a strong tower, a fortress for you in times of distress, and a place of refuge in times of chaos. I do not cause these to come upon you my beloved. They happen because you live in a fallen world. I do nothing to hurt my children, for I love you, I honor you, and I will always work for the good when you turn to me. It may not be your timing, it may not be your desire for things to be where they are, but trust the one who can make paths straight, for I will walk this path with you. Remember my child that I love you and my thoughts of you are more than the grains of sand on the sea shore. Today, if you are in an unexpected place, know that I AM the God who calms the unexpected storms in your life, and I will teach you to walk on the waves of life if you keep your eyes on me and your hand in mine. For I am here for you.

Prayer To Release:
Father, thank you, thank you that when life comes against me and throws me unexpected turns you always know how to lead me to overcome. You know what I need before I know what I need, and I trust you are walking with me. Help me to look at you when I feel like the world is caving in around me and let my heart be so focused on you that I see nothing else. You have never failed me, and you never will, this I can trust. Thank you, for I am so grateful for your continued faithfulness. Help me to know that I can trust that you hold my life and all that is in it in your hands. I claim your word over my life that you are a hiding place for all that I need to shelter from. You are a strong tower I may run to. Your word says when I keep my eyes on you, you will make my paths straight. Please help me to always walk in your presence, which is full of peace and joy. Thank you for letting me enter that unspeakable joy and leading me in the ways everlasting. Amen
